2.7 HSE Won't start

Hi All,
I'm just newbie here. I've big problem with RRS. Now, The starter can be only working in the first time but not cranking the engine. Seem to be EMS is cutting signal to starter relay. I've error on display
Park Brake Fault
HDC Fault System Not Available
Engine System Fault (No Fault Code)

Please advice me for Fault Code as below list

P0500 Love to fix it

when Ignition "ON"
1. Fuel pump is working.
2. Glow Plug is not working
3. Gear Selector as "P" (monitor from IDS)
4. Current Position Automatic gear as "3" (monitor from IDS)
5. Inhibit startor signal as "INACTIVE" (monitor from IDS)

Startor has replace new onn. We can jump manual relay startor is working well. The Engine can be cranking by manually. Love to fix it

This car has crash with falling down to the river.
I'm received this car from another garage with "Crash Mode" condition.
I just only changed SRS ECU + Brake Sw. and tried to config all modules and some wiring fixing and cleaning.

Parts changed before come to me
BJB with Main Wire Assy.
