A pillar trim removal

Hi guys,

Anyone know how to remove the A pillar interior trims? Im not sure if there just clipped in but seem pretty stubburn to remove and i dont want to damage the airbags behind them by forcing them Confused

The reason im taking them off is that the fabric is starting to come off them... anyone else had this problem??
