Sticky steering wheel TSB

I know that loads of people have had sticky steering wheel issues with both the RRS & D3, most have been able to get their wheels changed under warranty but.... is there a TSB that covers the issue to allow me to force the hand of my dealer.

I've sent Bobby a PM but thought I would post this to see if anyone else had an idea too.

I found that cleaning mine with Gliptone and then adding the Gliptone conditioner brought mine back to life, no more sticky or dry patches Thumbs Up

A lot of D3 owners suffered with this and some had them replaced free of charge. I am sure a TSB info was floating around on the D3 forum as well. Might be worth logging in there and having a look 2017 Range Rover Sport Autobiography
