RATTLE FROM REAR WHEEL

I have a RRS 2006 hse Which i am very happy with but it has started to give a tinny rattle from the back o/s wheel when going over a drain cover or bump in the road. Check all I can but cant see a problem. Any Ideas PLEASE

I had exactly this problem and it turned out to be the park brake which had locked on and broken up inside the disc, does your park brake light come on when you drive at speed? Idea

Some others are pads rattling in the caliper, the tinny disc guard rattling against itself, a stone in the metalwork somewhere, it's a case of getting under it and whacking everything to make it rattle. 08 2.7 RRS "S"

Thanks guys for your comments. I was in France and took it to the L/R garage in Frejus and was told it was a problem with the parking brake. The cost to repaire would be 300 euro for labour and 300 euros for parts. I had no option but to say OK
When I went back the bill was 1088 euros because they said my front brake pad needed to be replaced. I felt really Censored off but had to pay to get my car back

No but they had my arm up my back and the keys stayed in his hand until my credit card went through OK.
