2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HST Java Black

Is this a hst spoiler?

I know the part number tells me that it is, but im not 100% sure by the picture, can anyone clear this up for me.

Need to see it from the side mate. The HST spoiler is deeper.

Thanks for your input, ive sent seller a email to send me another pic of side and of rear before i pay.

Anyone elses thoughts?

I could be wrong, but I didn't think the high level brake light was as evident from above on the HST kit. Also the trailing edge looks too rounded as the HST spolier is almost flat. My money is on it not being for HST.
