Why not just wait a few more months and get the real deal TDV8 instead of trying to add puff into the puffless 2.7 dragon? L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

Ha Ha another v8 is ultra fast forum post. The 3.0ltr is just as good imo, pulls just as well is as smooth only thing thats better on v8 is sound(outside)as the 3.0 ltr is silent inside. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black. |

When it comes to a road car torque is king! BHP is for the race track.

I can only speak from experience, which is driving a TDV8 for 2 years before James LPR gave the NEW TDV6 to drive, which was not enjoyable, so I bought a MY10 TDV8 from him instead. I stick by my advice, which btw makes no mention of how fast the two are ============ 2010 TDV8 HSE - ooo laa laaaaaaaaa 2007 TDV8 HSE - superb car and very reliable ============ 2012 - dearly departed, sadly missed.. to return in late 2013 with a new TDV8! |

the new 3.0 is a no go, new so would cost a fortune. Iv seen a few tdv8 about on the net around the 22-23k mark, i reckon when im ready to buy, bring some cash down and an instant bankers draft, might be able to get them lower.

So there you have it James73.........the smart money goes on the TDV8.......or go for the 2.7 (OEM slug mode or 3rd party remapped - either way, it will not be a V8 in any way shape or form).
