I tried this at the weekend and the results were amazing.

The only downside was the American guy next door keeps throwing jam and bread at my car!

Any clues as to why?

Gtechniq C4 or Wolf Chemical Trim Coat

Both with restore the colour but the panel needs to be super clean first

So very good APC cleaning, rinse and follow that with a IPA wipe down, dry and then coat as per instructions

Boiled linseed oil is what I use on my old golfs...brings back the black and shines like new. Lasts a month or two. It's the same stuff used to polish cricket bats and is available at B&Q.

Just DO NOT use cotton rags - they can spontaneously combust (no joke I damn near burnt my shed down).

Kav Thumbs Up

Boiled Linceed Oil for me as well, does a cracking job of restoring the plastic trims to a new condition. Retired Very Retired
