A family friend has a 2006 RRS and when recently tried to start it the indicators flash, doors seem to want to lock and warning lights on dash but nothing there and cant start it.

LR assist took it to delaer and after a fortnight they have discovered that it needed a CJB (apparently main fuse box), instrument cluster module and also now needs an air bag control module as air bag light is on.

Has anyone experienced the same ? Is this expected from a 2006 RRS with less than 80k on clock ??

Also the centre of the steering wheel LR badge has been badly dented whilst in dealers. Would this have caused the air bag module fault or is it linked to the rest of the faults ??

Any comments, advice or similar experiences are welcome.
