My RRS required some warranty work, rear wiper not working, motor is spining but the wiper blade doesn't move, reverse camera is showing a mirror picture and the reverse guidelines have disaeared, rear number plate light fitting keeps dropping out of the holder and hangs by the wire. Just normal RRS stuff really.

So was going offshore Monday Morning to Friday lunch time this week So got it booked in for all this week as I wouldn't need the car.
I arranged for them to pick the car up from the office on Monday morning which they did nice and early around 8.
Just called them to get update on the progress of the work being done only to be told that they havent even looked at the car yet, still waiting to go into the work shop
That is nearly 3 whole days they have had the car and not even looked at it.
That being the case they have still to look at what is required, price it, contact LR to get approval to do the work which in itself can take a day, get the parts then do the work all in the space of a day and a half.

Not looking likely that I will get the car back on Friday, or all the work will be complete at least.

This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with T&C, pure incompitence and if they worked for me I would sack the workshop manager or at the very least boot hir arse.  2010 Alaska white 3.6TDi v8, heated steering wheel, Ipod connection, Aribica extended leather, Digital TV, voice activation, privacy glass, Dynamic pack

Speak directly to Bryan the aftersales manager. He's a top bloke. I've never had anything but great service from him. It may also be that they know that they have plenty of time to get the car ready for Friday and because you have said they can have the car till then they wouldn't need to prioratise it at the moment.
