command shift

going into command shift mode, it will not go up in gears, only down, i assume this is not normal ??

and ideas why?

No it is not normal unless you are driving at too low revs for it to go into the next higher gear. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
