Hi all,

I have non xennon headlights.....Before i got my RRS, the previous owner had not fasterned in the Full Beam bulb properly. causing it to slip out of position and rest on the plastic internal of the head light. Then as he used his 'brights' it burned and melted part of the cowling.

This resulted in a cloudy lens. My first question is do i need to buy a whole headlight ? as i used parts gateway and no one came back with just a lens. Does anyone think i could take the lens off and just wipe the smog away??! or is it more likely that its smoke damaged and wont wipe off?
Im trying not to pay hundreds of ££'s for a new unit, as i have my wedding coming up.
