Rattle from belt tensioner (TDV6 )

CAN ANYONE ADVISE HERE,

My 2005 RRS TDV6 has developed a rattle, particulartly at low revs / idle, that soundS very like it is emminating from the front belt tensioner. Is this a common problem ?, could it be something else ?, is it a DIY fix ?, if not what can i expect to pay at the dealers ?

Any advice very welcome.
