Scotland 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black
Range Rover Evoque Unleashed

I attended todays event at Gleneagles in Scotland and LR really did put on a good day. The day was split into 3 sections Drive / Lunch / Off Road, and last around 4 hrs, was an awesome day.

Mrs and i got let loose in a Black 5DR SD4 Prestige for 55 mins on a pre defined route lead by the Evoques Sat Nav, which was good to get a feel for the car act but sadly not the car we have ordered. I stopped along the way for a few pics and headed back for lunch, Lunch was excellent 5 star food then it was onto the off road experience where we all got a chance to put the Evoque through it paces on their course which despite being limited was excellent fun and the Evoque coped well.

I was impressed by the car greatly but after driving i think its maybe not for us Sad , Few pics below

Scotland 2011 Range Rover Sport TDV8 Autobiography Stornoway Grey

I must admit i like the look of the car once specced, but tbh after configuring the car online the price actually shocked me.

I cant see you having a problem making a profit on your build slot though, plenty of people will be after one.

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

I like the red 3 door and I am with you the silver-grey with the black roof looks smart .... don't like them in black i think it flattens the lines on the car.

How long until black roofs will be an option on RRS ? 2011 MY- RRS HSE - Zermatt -Ebony-Piano .... its a monochrome world

2006- BMW Z4M Roadster -Titanium Silver

Poland 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Rimini Red

I know that recently currencies are going mad and exchange rates are jumping, but can anyone explain the difference in prices of evoque?
in the UK, fully loaded evoque costs app. GBP 48k which is app. € 55k. whereas in Poland you can order the same car for an attractive price of € 75k. WTF? Shocked almost 1/3 cheaper in the UK? My name: Patryk
RRS 4.2 s/c Rimini Red

I understand thats standard with most cars - probably something to do with tax, demand, market etc - mainly tax i would have thought.

I think the evoke looks "cool" and i hope land rover sell shed loads - but i dont like it and wouldnt have it Mike

I bet there is - other European countries have different rates - the LR price is not uniform across Europe i have two friends in Spain and France that buy them in the UK for that reason Mike

Scotland 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 SE Santorini Black

Most countries in the EU have an additional luxury car tax, which is why when the pound was stronger it was worth buying abroad and paying no tax as the car would be exported excluding tax, and you would only pay uk vat upon importing it into uk. MY10 TDV6 SE (debadged Wink ), Santorini Black, Flappy paddles, Privacy Glass, 20" Stormers, Mudflaps!

Simply put the UK is the cheapest place to buy a car, nothing to do with tax or any thing, they are just cheaper not only LR but most other makes too. What a change ah. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.
