Slight steering wheel shake under braking

where to begin...
A couple of weeks ago I realised through the smell alone but also my tyre temperature monitor that the rear drivers brake calliper was sticking on (not all the time but every few journeys), but it stopped happening after a few days so didn't react immediately.
A few days later under braking at speeds of between 40mph and 70mph I would feel a shake through the steering wheel until I reached less than 40mph and then it would stop.
I came to the conclusion that it could possibly be the rear brakes due to it only occuring during braking and along with the knowledge of the calliper issue even though I am not sure how the rear brakes would cause the steering wheel to shake.
So I have now had the rear brakes looked at and had the rear discs and pads changed as they were completely worn (the brake wear sensor had not informed me of this though!!!), had the wheels spun on the machine and tyre pressures checked to make sure my tpms was correct also. Calipper was looked at and sorted too.
BUT...
The shake is still there, albeit much much less and only for a brief moment once touching the brakes at the same speeds as before and then it disappears...so the problem is nearly solved and is much better than before.
I am thinking of going along the route of having the front pads replaced as it is cheap and quick to do just so all is refreshed.
Any other ideas?

I know we all love to see piccys too so here she is...
