New iPhone Software 4.3.4

My iTunes is telling me to download and apply 4.3.4 to my iPhone 4, should I? or will it cock up my RRS connection? Anyone done it?

Don't do it if you are using Jailbreak etc, the 4.3.4 has been released to patch the PDF exploit mainly on the iPad 2
