ARB bushes or A-arm Bushes causing clunk

Hi All,
My suspension has developed a clunking sound over low speed sharp bumps. It also clunks when jabbing the brakes at low speed. I put the spacers into the ARB bushes but if anything it has got worse. Following are some pics if anyone can tell by looking what may be wrong. The ARB bushes have developed a bit of a gap at the base.
The car has 109,000 km's, lower ball joints have been done under warranty at about 50,000kms.
Maybe lower A-arms need replacing?
thanks,
Anthony
