Guys, what are your thoughts on "chrome covers for the wing mirrors"

1. you like them?
2. You don't like them.
3.Prices...I have seen prices differ wildly from £24.00 to £75

For those who have purchased these covers what are they like and where do you recommend i get them from?

I think you would be better off getting them colour coded, chrome is a bit bling for me

I think chrome covers look a bit chav (only my opinion)
Colour coding looks alot better.

Here in Marbella, only the Russians drive RRS´s with chrome bits.

Remember, designing is a profession, not a hobby.

LR would have designed the RRS to come standard with crome, if it would look good!

Skywalker - I bought a 57 plate FF vogue last week which came with chromed covers, after I removed them I was shocked to find they were LandRover original parts

LandRover do design chrome bits, they can't mitigate for poor taste and if they can make a few quid at the same time...

Slick17 - I don't like them and wouldn't have them on my car, but its your car and your personal choice at the end of the day.

I quite like them. I had the half caps on my TDV8. I've just bought an SC and am thinking of putting the full caps on although I may also look at colour coding instead.

If you like them that's all that matters - I think on the right car they can look good - I prefer the half chrome cover than the full chrome in my case as it breaks up the monotony of a totally black car - and let's face it, you don't buy a RRS to try and blend into the corner  Wife's Car: BLACK RRS TDV8 HSE with all the bits

I have these and I think they are great. They add a touch of class, in my view. Got them from Famous Four about 3 years ago.

Too bling in my opinion....simple colour code is always best way to go......

I totally agree. Colour code OK, but not Chrome.

IMHO I like the chrome but only on Black.
I miss my ffrr that had chrome on ....Some would say too bling but i liked it

What next, Spinning Rims,or Spinner Rims whatever you call them, still guess it will match the bacofoil mirror look  In Spain - 2018 F Pace - Frightened away from the Sports due to crank failures
Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.
