Don't do it !
I replied to one of these about 3 months ago and it was only by doing a lot of research via google and others that i found it to be a scam.
Car was apparently abroad as they had allegedly now found it to be too big for their needs, was being offered with free shipping to the UK via an import agency..... which after a lot of research ad a search of Companies House did not exist.
I was a customs officer a few years back and my radar was immediately switched on when they were discussing the import fees/duty and schedule, just did not ring true.

The one i was looking at was reported to the police and also Trading Standards so hopefully will be looked at officially, the vehicle was being advertised on both Ebay and also Autotrader, both of which pulled the advert as soon as they were notified.

Ive just called the mercedes garage where its advertised, and it was a legit vehicle, i say was because it sold to the first person to view it, they put it on pistonheads because they arn't allowed to put it through the mercedes dealership hence why it was so cheap, they just needed to shift it

Worth buying it and spending 5k on a decent respray...black of course!!
