You need to take a dispationate view of both your car and you as a driver.
1. How does your car run? engine smooth, gearbox smooth, unuusal noises. etc etc. Any sign or seepage of any oil/fluid whatsoever anywhere it should not be: axles. Give it a good once over and decide, in general if you went out to buy it would you?
2. Do you drive with mechanical sympathy or do you accelrate hard, brake hard, hit kerbs, use high revs from cold etc. Have you needed to replace worn out tyres, brake pads etc etc; at 32k probably not or only just.
The answers will give you a good idea whether you're likely to need to spend money on repairs - usually a well treated motor will treat you well. Personally, if tis all A1 at the moment at 32k miles I'd take a chance you'd get another 100,000; my previous RR did 150k, needed only 3 sets of tyres and 3 sets of front pads, 2 rears.
Don't forget when you read a forum like this it is the problems that get under most people's skin so that's what you'll read most off. I had RR's since 1975! often more than 1 at a time)and done most things with them that are possible. Usually kept for about 90k or more. Only issues were a broken oil pump drive on a V8 3.9 petrol, a transfer box under warranty on a P38
