Has anyone ever had their CAT D removed by a HPI check?

As the title says has anyone tried to have a CAT D or CAT C removed from their HPI records?

If so did you succeed of fail?

A friend of mine did have Cat D status removed so it can be done, no idea how though

Don't think it can be removed, however check the link above for contact details, they are the only people who can tell you.
