Glad you're up and running again foxy, nothing worse than flipping limp home mode.

Mine was re set after a melt down and then ran 2 weeks with no issues while my dealer got the part in so you should be ok! Good old land rover gremlins. RRS gone

Foxy welcome to the LR Christmas Tree Dash Event Club! Had that in SWMBO's D3 going up Shap Summit on the M6 earlier in the year. It dumped me at the side of the road with everything shutdown (incl the engine) in-3c. Was one of the reasons car was sold and LR dumped as main family car. That and my D3 having a habit of going into limp home mode with no warning apart from a bong! Evil or Very Mad

It was a D3 its got identity and Inferiority issues - transit van/not a range rover/tarmac transporter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Glad its fixed foxy Mike

Feel for you Foxy. Mine did something very similar, day 2 after delivery, about 30 miles out from Holyhead en-route to the ferry to Ireland. LR assist could do nothing but suggested we limp on and get it into LR in Dublin. We did. Ended up on a much later ferry (the wee small hours) and at the other end, guess what? Yes, all okay again and (touch wood) no re-occurrence since.
