My third service is due shortly so i'm weighing up my options.

Firstly what do the service's listed as A, B & C represent in the service book?

Secondly, local to me there is a very good LR specialist which my sister has started using and at nearly half the price of Stratstones sounds very tempting as i believe main stealer doesn't guarantee quality.
My warranty is about to expire so i'm wondering if going away from the dealer network for servicing will effect my eligibility in obtaining an extended one?
Car was last serviced at 13k miles, currently has 20k on it.

Lastly any ideas what a 3yr service is likely to cost?

I take it you havent ever seen the service sheet? Actually your dealer should have provided you with it at your previous services.

During and after your warranty period you do not have to use a main dealer to maintain the warranty - you just have to have the same level of (actual) service. Mike

My advice is if you're coming to the end of your warranty period, to have as thorough an examination as possible including an MOT to identify if there is anything to be put right under warranty, before it expires.
