I know theres a 'how much is my car worth thread' lurking about but having real trouble finding it.

Hoping one of you can help me out with a price?

Car is a one owner vehicle, registered Nov 2006 and has done 25000 miles with full LR service history. As in signature, car is Java Black/Alpaca, fully colour coded with s/c grilles and vents, 22" Overfinch 7's replicas with toyos, PTI, semi-smoked rear lights, Pentagon Privacy glass all round, OEM side steps and a nice retrimmed steering wheel in smooth black and alpaca leather.

Bodywork just needs a detail to remove swirls and wheels could do with a SMART repair rather than a full refurb.

My car was almost exactly the same, same month too, wheels 22 etc etc, full colour code etc. But with 68k miles, I got £24K. That was 4 months ago.....andvi still think you'd get £25.5 all day long, even now nearly into summer......

Its crazy that 18 months ago I was being offered less than £24k.

I remember your car so well, as apart from the HST grill, cars were almost the same. I sold mine privately, but a dealer ended up buying it. I remember your 6's too...I have had a 645 and 650 Convertible before then RRS

Promise you will have people biting your hand off with those miles.....try £26 even, and see what bites on Pistonheads.

Muffd had a similar car to yours and higher miles and got £25.5, lower spec too......

Sold the 6 as suffered a back injury and couldnt get comfortable in it anymore. Was thinking of trading the RRS to 2010 model at launch but like I said, was being offered less than what its worth now. Ended up keeping the RRS with the wife and bought myself a nice Cayenne Diesel which is a great car, just me being me, am a bit bored of it now.

Thinking of selling the RRS and handing the Cayenne over to Mrs DDX so I can treat myself to something different!

Was thinking of selling Cayenne but cant justify such a big loss in such a short time, it hurts less when its over a longer period of time. List was £58k in Sep 2009 and being offered £35k for it now against another vehicle!!!

Think im gonna tidy the RRS up and have a go at selling it.

A good bit of elbow grease and some AG SRP will clear the swirls up nicely. Don't worry too much about the wheels...bring it round to Ealing and I'll help you clean it up!

You'll never make money on cars or have low losses on premium cars....sorry!
