Foxy,I hope your not wanting high gloss finish so that you can see in it to put your lippy on, just buy a mirror

One thing i will say if you get someone out to go over what you are looking for make sure they have an up to date CAD drawing service available … the better the software program the better your planning and drawing's will reach your expectations ….

Howden's your limited … ie with range of appliances and such

Independants can offer you a better range … better suppliers different brands

Go to Howdens get a quote , take it to an Indie , they will say they can beat the price , take the Indie's quote back to Howden's who in turn will beat the Indie's quote , then go back to the Indie who will still shave a bit off the price.

Then it's a matter of deciding on which Range and if required which Designer appliances or run of the mill stuff you want to go for.

Plus will you be going with colour matching carcasses or bog standard white ones , then worktops , Wood , Laminated , or Marble , if Marble there is a new product to the market which is Marble effect which is a lot better as any joins that are mitred are unseen at half the price of Marble

Then there is the taps , one that is coming in at the moment is where you no longer need to boil a kettle for tea , this is instant just from a Tap …

Don't know if you have seen the latest gadgets on the Fridges front apart from built in TV's on the door fronts they also have small colour changing LED's running around the outside ( Talking point at parties ) instead of your outfit

Suppose tho it's all down to what your expecting from your kitchen …

Glass worktops with led lights shone thru look very good, but very very expensive

Wouldnt know Kitchen is wifeys department, in fact not sure if we have one

You can have whatever you want these days and stuff you didnt even know you wanted I did a bathroom recently and put 250 fibre optics in the ceiling that changed colour to replicate stars Plus a hd tv,so had to convert hd signal to cat 5 then back to hd.The customer is always right As long as they pay me.
