Extended LR warranty covered new brake discs

Thought you would be interested to know that as I approached the MOT the rear discs looked as if they needed replacing. Checked the warranty handbook, and fair enough, if they would be an MOT fail then the warranty would pay for replacements as part of the MOT cover.

The dealer seemed surprised but it was all authorised............

I did have to pay for the pads though ....

Had the work done at the same time as the MOT and very pleased. It also covered some replacement bushes on the suspension that were very squeeky Wink

Good news on disks.
Do you leave the 22's on when you put the car in to dealership for warranty work?.

The 22's stay on always. When I went for the extended warranty application the car was subject to a 2 hour inspection, and the22's stayed on. never had an issue.
