Replacing a blower vent

Hi everyone. Ok you know the blower vent just below the steering wheel, the one that keeps yer Jacobs cool.

Well I was trying out the aircon and I quite litrally froze my nuts off, on closer inspection it appears the vent on mine is broken as it only has one fin on it and a part missing.

How easy is this to change? Does it just pull out of the trim or is it connected to a pipe or anything behind it? I am useless with all things mechanical, even simple stuff. Is it easy to repace.

Thanks in advance for any help.
