Guess what Terracota roof tiles on my house

Have been talking to local est agents about values etc on selling house.

They had just made a sale of a house with a few panels on and it was a condition of sale the seller re-moved these, as buyer wanted nothing to do with a previous installation. Otherwise felt it was to early to tell what effect it might have in longer term.

Seeing these roof tiles seems another forward step and adds to my concern as panels could be dated very soon and make selling house in the future even harder if new technologies overtake them.
