RRS wanted

I currently own a very high spec Nissan Skyline R33 Gtr with a kick, It has an Rb30 single turbo kicking out over 700hp. I have always fancied the RRS and what better place to find as much info as possible about these cars.

If anyone is interested in my car either px or swap for their RRS please do not hesitate to contact me.

My email is supersalt@hotmail.co.uk.

Thanks

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

First step, even if you have no intention of buy from them is to whizz along to Pentland and see if they have a TDV8 RRS or a used Supercharged that you can have a test drive of. Don't rule out a TDv8 just because it burns tractor juice, it's the best of the engines that LR have fitted into the RRS. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Scotland 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

hi m22 gtr

Tims right you must get a test drive, these two vehicles are like chalk and cheese and I'm sure you will realise compared to a 700hp car handling and performance will be plenty different.

But then again that's not really what there are about.

cheers Kiel

thanks for the heads up guys, the khan edition i have been offered does look really good im just thinking of the mileage is 89k alot for these cars and with it being the 4.2 engine do they drink. My skyline does about 220 miles on a full tank costing £65.

Iv never thought about the tdv8 to be honest.

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Hi m22 gtr,

I own a 4.2 Supercharged and around town I get about 200/220 on a full tank and that costs me about £110 for the good stuff V-Power On a run I get about 350ish on a full tank.

I also have an XKR kicking out about 400bhp I have only driven it twice since December when I took delivery of my RRs. The XKR is quicker than my RRs but the RRs is just in a different league to the Jag. I find the RRs is no slouch and handling is fantastic for a 2.5 ton car - I'm sure that you'll love it - Do it!!

The only other advice is if fuel is going to be a concern to you then dont buy the petrol go TDV8 I drove both and both are very nice I liked the extra power of the S/C but the TDV8 isn't that far behind.

If you need anymore advice on the S/C model I'm sure lots of the guys on here will only be too happy to help - feel free to contact me if you want.

Good luck Thumbs Up Cheers Laurence.
