It's actually kind of semi-retirement 
Initially I'll be running our investment fund full time with my mate who is also moving over there as well as heavily investing in rental properties. The intention is to do it all ourselves but as I'm a naturally lazy git we'll probably just let a property management company take the strain! We'll concentrate on the fund and work our own days/hours. If this all comes off as well as a property deal over here then it may be feet up time a lot sooner. As it stands at the Mo I'm aiming for retirement @ 40!

Wise words - I went to Greece one year and fell foul of something out there that seemed to be active at a different time of the year from when I normally get hay fever here.

bloody hell.. the best rental agent i've ever used down in swindon suddenly became uncontactable for the first time in about 3 years... bloody fantastic she was.. and i found out this morning.. "oh she's left, she's move to spain!!" im utterrly gutted, she really was that good!! and no good bye..
