Any ideas??

When I press the phone button it says no phone fitted?
The handbook says that if that comes up a phone system is not fitted to my vehicle, yet the previous owner says he used his nokia....

sounds like your bluetooth module isn't working, I can't remember if there is a fuse for it, but may be worthwhile to check these first. Failing that try contacting Wiggs (Member on here) who does bluetooth module upgrades.

Agreed,

Sounds like your bluetooth module's not working for some reason or another.

Remember the previous owner my have plugged his nokia into the cradle so did not use bluetooth. RRS gone

bluetooth module should be a nokia unit connected via the fibre optic cables (MOST connection), IIRC it should be behind the left hand trim panel in the boot, might be confused as this is where it is in my FFRR, possibly the location in the sport is on the right hand side. There will be an older thread somewhere about this, try using the search on here, or possibly use Google to find the thread as this is sometimes better/faster
