500 for a service seems way to high (boardaline worrying!) and i would demand a courtesy car, actually dropped to my house (they have done that in the past) for that.

On the other hand - got time for Guy Salmon, my experience here the 2 of them are good.

Stratstones on the other hand. i wouldnt trust them with a pen. Mike

Volvo`s not that bad, as you see Ive got a V70 in the JFK garage.
