I think Gordon Brown screwed us when he was chancellor and when he was PM...i would believe HE was the force for us being screwed - less than the rest.

But then i also believe the new lot are just as bad...we just havent seen it fully yet!

That said...i dont get the relationship between crude price and pump's price.

At the end of 07 price was below 90p...in 08 crude went up in price and the forecourt price went up (stupidly)...then late 08/09 the crude price dropped LOWER than 07....yet the forecourt price remained ABOVE £1 - i rest my case.

Now crude has gone up - the forecourt price should have gone up BUT FROM LESS THAN 90p a litre first!!! then net result is we wont all continue to be F

I dont mind buisness making money - but when Oil companies and the current government keep screwing us then its not right...and yes the current government could do what they like to the 75% tax we pay!
