You could refinance mate, and give them the big finger. but considering its still so early on in the agreement, there will be a massive interest charge and early settlement fees, but just for the matter of interest, see what the settlement figure would be on the original agreement (as it may still be less that the true balance that you took out because of their error) and i'll see if we can work something better out for you? |

I've sold out for an offer of compensation. It seems it's when I changed the order to include the dynamic pack someone cocked up and didn't update the agreement on the system. Solicitor advises if I've got the D/Pack then I owe them for it. Hey Ho it was fun while it lasted.

Got the invoice at last which proves that total figure was less than what was on the new forms they wanted me to sign but not quite as good as the form I did sign. Shame.
