Having cancelled an order with Guy Salmon of Coventry due to the appauling way they dealt with me, I have to say that Marshalls were a breath of fresh air.

Tim Smith was incredibly helpful and attentive, and treated me with the courtessy you would expect when buying an expensive car!

He bent over backwards to help me, getting the car ready within 8 hours (even though this was not a condition of sale) to get it ready for a trip I'm going on today, and a few little extras like priniting off my private plate for me, so I don't have to bother when the documents come through. Great service.

You never REALLY know how good a dealer is until something goes wrong and you need them to solve it, so I'll report back if anything does! But so far I would recommend Tim and Marshalls.

I have just bought secondhand And the service and attention to me and my family, including our two children by John Armstrong was first class. Recommend them. Yet to collect vehicle but will let you all know how it goes.

Cannot wait till next Friday to get the keys! Life is not a rehearsal it's the real thing, live it and love it.
