Nameplate with Diesel Info on S/C?

Hi all

My 2005 4.2 S/C has a black nameplate under the bonnet (marked E11) that has a section filled in with V6 Diesel wording, is that right?. I cant understand why a 4.2 S/C would have data concerning the TDV6?

Does anyone else who doesn't own a TDV6 have this?.

I dont believe the RRS has any hidden history so hopefully they all have this Shocked

Carl

Go on "my car check" on Internet or iPhone and type in the number plate and it will tell you all the history in your case if it's been stole or changed!
GOOD LUCK

Thanks Bobby, wasnt sure what to make of it TBH.

My S/C isnt a dodgy car / damaged car in any way hence the worry that LR had made a big mistake somehwere Confused

If it did the mpg of a diesel but performed like a S/C then no problem Rolling with laughter

I know, TDV8 but even thats not a S/C imo.
