Had quite a full boot and pulled the cover up and over the valuables when I heard a rasping sort of sound. Since then the retraction isnt as strong and as it gets near to the back seats doesnt retract at all.

Can this be repaired or is it a new load cover?

Sonds like the spring needs to be retensioned, I got mine replaced under warranty when the same thing happened......... If you know of any roller blind makers in your area they will be able to do it for you. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
