Sat nav too quiet

Hi I have a 2006 hse and the sat nav lady's voice is extremely quite I can nearly hear her when driving! I took the car to the local dealer who claimed it may be a software issue and I'd need to book it in at £115 an hour for them to hav a look at it no thank you!! Any ideas out there how I cud cure this or ideas of sum one in the north east area I could take it who won't hav my eyes out? I hav the volume up max on the sat nav settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated Very Happy
