Best place to sell a car?

I have several cars for sale as it is company car swapping time.....

what is the general consensus on the best place to sell?

I have used eBay previously but was unimpressed with the prices sold for.....

Autotrader? Pistonheads?

i think people have been selling on pistonheads with good results recently, but i guess it what's for sale that counts

I would have always used Autotrader - but last 2 times I have sold my cars have both gone on same day with Pistonheads...and at £16 for an enhanced ad, I think it's worth it

pistonheads only works for a certain types of car, complete waste of 16 quid for a diesel golf est

I posted my RRS on Autotrader on Tuesday at 3.10pm. By 3.20 the ad was live on their website and by 4.00pm I had 20 calls, mostly specialist traders. I agreed a sale on the phone subject to conditions and a gentleman from Loughborough was on my doorstep at 10.00am Wednesday morning. Car sold. Full asking price. All I have had from eBay is questions about the car and a couple of stupid offers. If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....

Java Black HSE TDV6 O7, alpaca, FF sunroof, adaptive Xenon headlights, SC grill, black privacy glass, clear indicators, tow-pack, colour-coded all black.Gone, but forever in my memory. Until my new one comes...
