sterio help please

can someone please tell me when driving my sport the sterio will only turn up to number 19 then on the sterio display a message with car battery picture and LOW POWER MODE seem to be more at night when lights are on but sure its in daytime to is it the battery f---ed or sterio settings ? Neutral paul
