Removing the boot panels - known issues

Howdy all,

Had a quick scan around on the forums and could find any info on removing all of the interior boot panels.

Looks like there is loads of space hidden away behind the side panels and the floor panel and am thinking of scrapping the lot and having a cabinet maker build me a set of custom draws to suit.

Any info on any known issues or things I might bump into would be appreciated before I start ripping them all out.

Cheers

Jimmy

PS have already removed all of the tools and replaced the crappy scissor jack with an original RR hydraulic jack.
I have an ARB fridge now installed and have a cargo barrier (dog guard) on order form the UK so will need to consider these in any decision to remove the rear boot linings. Thx in advance.

PPS If anyone can get hold of engineering drawings for the space I would be deeply grateful. The kind of grateful that could see a case of fine aussie wine arrive on your doorstep Wink 'Black Betty' Java Black RRS 07 TDV6
