Scotland 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey
Front Legroom with rear seats folded flat

I was reading on another forum that if you have the rear seats folded flat you have to put the front seats forward which restricts the amount of legroom in the front. I was quite surprised at this and wondered if it was correct. Can anyone confirm and is it a big issue? 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic, Corris Grey with contrast Santorini Black Panoramic Roof, lunar interior, privacy glass, upgraded Meridian system, cooled 18 way front seats, heated steering wheel, adaptive xenons, large screen wash bottle.

It is correct, i had to put back seats down recentley and yes i had to move drivers seat forward a bit to get them completley flat, only had a short journey to do otherwise it could be a right pain Confused Confused MY10 3.0 HSE Santorini Black, Ivory Premium & extended leather, privacy, paddles, diamond turned alloys, Ipod lead that charges, tasmods, rrsport.co.uk stickers

If you leave the head restraints on the rear seats then Yes. But, If I remove the rear head restraints then I find
that I can put the rear seats completely flat without having to move the front seats. I suppose it really depends on how far back you have your drivers seat positioned in the first place! 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

I'm 6' 6" and have my seat right back to drive and yes it has to be moved forward to fold the rear seat. You can manage to move the drivers seat back again tho but it does start to push into the back of the seat.

I'm 5'10" and don't have to move the seat forward or remove the headrest. It is tight putting the seat down (it would be easier to move the seat forward for a few seconds) but I know it will go up and down fine. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award
