Hi Folks
On my way to work tonight I switched on the radio pressed DAB to change from FM, It would not change on the screen, switched it off but won't switch back on at all screen as well, it's dead no sat nav cd phone alls dead. Anybody any idea is there a problem with the new system that I don't know about? before I phone the dealers I don't fancy that lot getting into the dash it will rattle and squeek when there finished

Had exactly the same problem on my MY10 - the head unit had to be replaced (under warranty). And I'm afraid you are right in your concerns - the dash squeaked afterwards around the metal inlay for the system controls.

Car now gone! - but this was one of the tens of faults it suffered over my short ownership!

This is the first time I have had any trouble, anyway when I finished my shift last night got into the car and all was back to normal working as it was, I assume it rebooted on start up strange. will talk to LR Ayr about it, thanks for your help.

I've had a few problems like this, always resolved by switching the car off for an hour and locking it up. A simple restart never cures it. WINNER - 2009 ‘Just Doing What It’s Designed To Do’ Award

There were a number of similar problems with mine, all of which have been resolved with the upgrade done at LR. LR were very vague with what the upgrade covered but the radio phone and sat have worked faultless ever since and no annoying dashboard warning lights going on then turning off.
