Just wanted to say how excellent service/help from the above has been

Only had the RRS 3 months or so, after some negative experiences with BMW over the preceding years it's a breath of fresh air to find people/organisations who (gasp) care about the customer.

Won't bore you with the nitty-gritty, suffice to say between them I've had (expensive) products sent to me FOC to try out, work done without charge, substantial discounts and much more.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of them to others and, when I need service/repairs/upgrades/mods, I know I'll be going straight back to them
