anto-theft bolts too tight, can not get unlocked.. help

All,

I have a very nasty issue ... I have bought rims and winter tires and the guy was so friendly to mount them on my car ..
But, I have now a flat tire and it seems he has put too much force on the anti-theft bolts and these are really stuck ....

The RRSport Anti-Theft bolts are stainless steel hats over the lug nut. The special key I have. If put on the bolt and with enough force, the key deforms and start turning around without friction (something internally breaks). As a result, no force can be put on it anymore. This was done on 1 wheel, but before breaking the second (third and fourth) one, I was seeking towards an alternative. (maybe heating ?)

My garage can not get them loose and speaks about 'drilling and milling' the bolts in my wheels:estimated cost 500 EUR / wheel * 4. Big Cry

Anybody a suggestions / trick / anything that might help ?

Thank you already RRS 2006/SC - Buck Blue - hi ice - priv glass - Logic 7 - tasmod's sills

Have you tried taking the car to a tyre & wheel fitting specialist rather than your local LR service bay. These guys encounter this sort of problem every week and must have a device that they can use to remove the damaged lugnut.
I had a similar problem last August when I wanted to fit new ZU wheels to my Defender - one one wheel I could not get the locking nut off but I didn't break the lugnut. The tyre guys used a pneumatic impact wrench to break the corrosion............................... changed the wheels and ran for a week on them before venturing off-road and during a night drive with Alicatt of this forum as a passenger I exitted as special stage and the car promptly fell over................... the wheel that had been so difficult to get off had had all the wheel nuts gradually undo and then fall off into the mud and when we stopped the wheel fell off the car Embarassed Embarassed 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I had a similar problem with my P38 and had to call out the AA, all he did was use a slightly smaller socket hammered into place, once the nut was off he through the damaged socket away?
