hi i have updated my blackberry 9700 handset software,
now this phone pairs with 08 hse rrsport then says no phone fitted ask landrover and shoulders were shrugged,
searched through most posts.

basically it wont now pair - does with all my other vehicles with parrot kits etc??????
deleted all off the phone and still no joy.
any ideas.

I have exactly the same problem, I upgraded my 9700 to OS version 6 and now no bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth status LED flashes blue for a few seconds then the connection fails and no phone installed message is displayed. Is this the same issue as you are having?

I previously had problems with the 9700 in my MY07 sport with erratic connections, but reflashed the phone ecu with my faultmate msv-2 and it then worked perfectly and transferred phonebook and calls logs everytime. I've noticed if the cars left after the initial connection failure for 10 minutes or so and then re-entered the pairing sometimes completes.

I'm pulling my hair out with this problem, to lose something you had is so much worse than never having it!
