New RRS May 2010. HSE 3.0.

July 2010 Driver's seat frame collapses (no i am not fat) due to bad welding. RR can't get a new seat frame for 7 weeks so car off road. RR Customer Services the most useless I have ever come across. Best quote from manager at CS when I said car not fit for purpose "Thta's nothing to do with us, take it up with your dealer" !!!!

Sept 2010 cabin fills up with fumes due to over zealous oil burner in nearside engine compartment

Nov 2010 accelerator has intermittent non response (apparently an old RR mechanical problem due to computer not receiving signal to the engine to effing work!!)

I once had a Kia Sorento at a third of the price and not one problem.

As me old pa used to say "The more you have son the more there is to go wrong"

PS The only upside in this was Ross at Lookers Battersea Service who nursed me through, and continues to nurse me through, the continual headaches from owning this car (or crock of ****).

Crazy thing is when it works I love it but that was a thing in the 70's of owning an Alfa not a bloomin RR S in 2010!
