Rattling from dash / steering column - help anyone?

Hi all

I posted about this previously but didn't get anywhere really so after still experiencing the annoying issue i thought id re post with something I noticed.

I get an almost constant rattling vibration from the instrument cluster / dash / steering column area when im driving over uneven ground and its loud enough that passengers ask what it is. I have applied hand pressure to the instrument cluster dash top (different positions) and air vent but nothing.

Yesterday it was driving me crazy so tried something, I pulled back on the steering wheel (towards me) and it goes away instantly and completely.

Anyone ever have this or have an idea of what it might be ?.

I am planning to remove the steering column shroud and have a look anyone have the procedure for this ?.

I hope someone can help, its something the dealers will not be patient over and charge me ££££ for trying to locate Sad

Thanks

Carl
