A/C, Cruise Control Issue

Issue: the A/C is working randomly. I found threads with similar problem but not the same. My A/C starts working perfectly after engine ignition, but stops after 10 - 25 minutes of operation. Rear windows heating goes off as well. The blower will not operate no matter what mode the CC is in. Here is winter allready and without heating I can't drive because of the fogging up the windows.

When I leave the car off for a while (20 - 30 minutes) A/C starts again but again only for 15 minutes... and than stops.

There is one more think maybe related, maybe not, but my Cruise control is doing exactly the same.

Can anybody help please? Any ideas?
