some questions regarding the 2010 Range rover sport

Hi everyone....I'm about to get a nara bronze hse one soon and I just have some questions regarding the new 2010 range rover sport if u could help me with plz

1: what's the difference between the hse lux and the normal hse ?? I know that the rims r different but what else ?? I also heard that the hse lux comes with a cooler....but the one I ordered comes with a cooler also and it isnt a lux so is it like an option or something??

2: do ALL supercharged ones come with surrounding 5 cameras and back entertainment or these are only options ?? and could they be added to cars that didnt have them in the first place easily ?

3: what do u think about placing the autobiography parts on the car like the side vents and the front grill ??

thanx

2: --> Both are options.... I don't believe that the camera can be install after. As for the back entertainment, you will have to go for after market installation as you won't be able to retro fit the factory one, Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Gone: Range Rover Vogue '11 4.4TDV8, Range Rover Sport ‘59, Range Rover Sport ‘56

2. Indeed both are options. You can install Back entertainment but you cannot do that with the surround cameras. For the cameras you would have to change both mirrors and front bumper.
3. Sure you can do that, the front grill Looks pretty amazing as well as the side vents. You can also find Autobiography wheels on eBay if you like. But please do not change HSE badge for Autobiography one, ppl can tell straight away, you will make yourself look silly! Vadim A.

as a Nara Bronze HSE Lux owner-to-be (on Saturday!!) I feel qualified to answer, Semi-T. We're now on 2011 model year, which is what you are referring to (Lux not available 2010).

The Luxury pack includes:

5 spoke alloys
premium ICE
Radar cruise control
Titan finish grill and vents
Extended leather
Contrast stitch (unless you have Arabica leather)
Heated steering wheel

Basically, for £3k it's good value, but only if you want a sub section of the additions. I, for example, wanted premium ICE, extended leather and alloy upgrade, so the Lux pack quickly became a good choice for me.

The surround camera is not standard on any model. I have specified this option and on the HSE it's £600 or so. It includes high beam assist. I agree with the others re: retro-fit, i think it would be a nightmare. An expensive nightmare.

Supercharged models have several options to specify. Why not checkout the Land Rover website, because you can 'build your own' car and see the options and the list price. When it comes to price haggle with your dealer, of course.

And also agree regards badges. No! Basically, people who know what Biography means would know you car is not one. And people who do not know what it means... well... what's the point? My personal preference is for factory standard when it comes to new cars. Let them be modified when they get 'tired' some years down the line.

Hope this helps a bit. Good luck!

p.s. privacy glass helps the look of the RRS. 3 or 400 quid. And after fit rear DVD can be fitted for £1,050 - they feature decent LCD screens in the back of each front headrest. Sheds loads cheaper than factory fit, but they do not connect to the car's TV. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

I should add, I am talking about UK spec... and regards the cooler, that is standard on all but the 3.0 TDV6 SE model in the UK. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

Bahrain 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Nara Bronze

First of all, great colour choice! Thumbs Up

2. As far as I know, for the "Middle East" spec, the 5 camera surround and the rear entertainment screens are an option on the Supercharged models. I know because when I ordered mine, I had a look at the delivery list for the dealer, and they had a bunch of Supercharged models without the 5 cameras, and without the rear screens.

3. I had exactly the same idea, but after having seen a few Autobiographies, the front grille looks too "plasticky chrome" for my liking. The side vents, however, look pretty cool (with the Range Rover lettering) and can be bought quite easily on ebay.

Good luck!
