MY2010 walnut trim - how do you remove the trim?

Hi,

Hope someone can help,......

How do you remove the walnut trim on a MY2010 range rover sport?

Hockey sticks
4 x door pieces

Bought some anigre pieces and was thinking of DIY! But if there's any chance of a Censored up, then I'm sure LR could help for a few £hundred... Whistle

Any ideas on how to get them out without damaging them? MY2010 3.0 TDV6 HSE, Zermatt silver/Ebony/walnut, privacy, side steps, rubber mats and standard otherwise...
